I received a W2 from my previous employer for 2 weeks job at the beginning of the year, but I also got some cash income from another job working for myself in several homes (painting.. tiling... ). How do I report ? Thanks.

You submit Form 1040 (for the W-2), then fill out Schedule C and Schedule SE to report the casj income.
