Is this a newborn kitten? Newborns are blind at birth. Why are you putting food in his mouth? What kind of food? Even a blind kitten can smell and find food to eat. Please tell us more.

I also have a kitten like that! and she's at her 1 month of death! She only lasted 15 days because when our family had our vacation our nanny had not taken care of her properly... ANYWAY THIS IS THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION... Your kitten probably has a cat flu and it could infect other cats! So put her away from the rest of your cats. If you are seeing any green stuf on her eyelids keep on reading this answer if no probably I'm wrong and your kitten has another kind of sickness. You should try to wipe off that green thingy on her eyes because it is the thing that has been keeping her blind (make sure you remove it properly including the green liquids inside, you will do this everyday until the kitten is well) and after that feed her next to a cat or kitten that has been eating so that the kitten would learn how to eat on its own(feed them seperately). Lastly gave her milk to drink beause the kitten is sick because she has not been breatfeeded enoughly by her mother. (please rate my answer if I'm right)

By the way after removing the green stuf, open her eyelids so that she could get used to having her eyes open.
