I am building a sun room that will have a ceiling fan with lights. I want to turn the lights on and off from 3 different locations (4-way switching). I also want to control the lights from a remote control. Does anyone offer a remote that will control the fan speeds, light dimming and also interface with the 4-way switching?

You can but it will be complicated. You will need to get a remote kit that is available to have both handheld RF switching and wall mounted RF switching. Then, you will need to buy the wall mount transmitters that are capable of being wired as 3/4 way. Often times they do not wire like a typical 4 way setup however you will want to make sure the wiring in your sunroom is compatible with a typical 4 way setup in case you ever replace the fan or controls.
