How do I change la county courts to kern county courts, I got custody of my kids 9months ago and I feel that la court are not being fair to my kids. They keep giving visitaion to their mother when our kids are afraid to still be around her,I've have been residing in kern county for over 2 years.

You have to petition the Kern county court to take over the case. You call the clerks office because they will know which person in particular that you need to get ahold of. You will need proof of residency but other than that changes like that are usually pretty easy (there have been some fights over jurisdiction obviously) does the mother live in la county?
