Looking for some advice. I've been with my girlfriend for 7 years. She rarely asks for or initiates sex and often turns me down. We are both very busy with shift work and tend to leave it until the end of the night when we are both tired. During the day though I usually get turned down and she says that she doesn't like me to ask and would prefer it to just happen. But the thing is she never initiates anything so that idea doesn't seem to work. I would say that she only initiates something once every other month or so. It is pretty rare by my standards.

Any ideas? Anyone in a similar situation?

But serious : the majority of women do not or hardly do initiate sex.
It is a fact of life. It is caused by different needs, and by different upbringing.
All you can do is trying to guide her into doing so. But for that you have to put time away.
Do not expect women to ask for a "quick one". They need time to be aroused.
