You must meet eligibility...


Age 18 or older.
Have evidence of paying income tax at 125% of poverty guidelines for at least 3 years.
No criminal record.

Your mother must be outside US and never has record of overstay her visa or illegally enter US. If she has both or either one, you need a lawyer.
