All I can say is, eat healthier and get some exercise. I don't know if it'll be possible to lose a whopping 35 pounds in 25 days.. I wish I could do that.. haha.

... contract dysentery... or malaria?

Losing 35 lbs in roughly 4 weeks... will hurt you... a lot.

8 lbs is more of a reasonable goal... 12 lbs if you're really up for a challenge.

Cut back on your junk food, soda, chips, chocolate, candy, etc. Eat sensible, smaller portioned meals. And exercise.

You can take Ali and sit on the toilet for a week straight... or better yet some laxatives. If that's not good enough you can duct tape the rest down. In case it's not obvious I was being sarcastic.

First off, how much do you weigh? How tall are you? What physical activities are you involved in?

I would suggest cutting out soda and sugar, incorporating lots of water and fruit.

And once school starts get involved in every sport you can.

I was 100 pounds overweight and my doctor told me to go on the atkins diet. I've lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks so far. Buy the book "Dr. Atkins net diet revolution"

What does losing weight have to do with getting a job? Maybe if you get the job first, you'll lose weight from being more active.

You can't do it. 3/4 lbs a week is the healthy maximum. If you're morbidly obese, I suppose you could, but at a normal obesity rate those pounds will be too hard to cut. Cutting 500 calories a day will result in one pound of fat loss a week. Creating this deficit can be done by diet and or exercise. So cutting 500 calories in food and burning off 500 calories running will get you 2lbs a week. 500 calories is like 3 sodas. 500 Calories running is around a 35/40 minute run depending on your weight/speed.

Foreverzero gave you some good advice.

Here's the deal: if you even try to lose that kind of weight in that kind of time, you're either going to find yourself incredibly disappointed or in the emergency room.

The best thing you can do is set a goal to lose the weight by the end of the school year. Do it the healthy way, and you'll be a whole lot happier with the results.

Have you considered joining a sports team at school? It will get you to be very active, and it's a great way to make friends.

I am sorry you are not going to lose 30 plus pounds in 25 days, and if you did somehow, your start of school would be from the hospital. You did not gain weight in 30 days you are not going to properly lose weight in 30 days.
