Depending on what sort of fore play you have been engaging in, pregnancy can still be a possibility. If you are normally quite regular with your periods, you might want to try a pregnancy test to rule that out. Is the bleeding similar to your normal periods other than the color? Roughly same amount, lasting the same number of days, arriving when expected? Might just be off cycles as well. See what you get from a test, and as pumpkingurl suggested, visit your doctor if it continues.

Is this during the time you would expect to be having a period? If so, it can be completely normal. Brown blood tends to be blood that just took a bit longer to be expelled.
