Hi my boyfriend hasn't reported to his probation officer in almost 2yrs,he didn't have a job then and he was smoking pot, he currently has 2 jobs,and he was enrolled in a vocational school,he takes care of kids and stays out of trouble.He has a warrant out on him what should he do?

Turn hisself in and settle it. And no this is not his "first" violation, he has missed dozens of meetings, not followed the rules. It is very likely they will revolk it and he will have to go to jail to serve some of his time, Best bet, hire a attorney, work out a deal to turn hisself in.

You don't want him stopped one day with the kids, he goes to jail they have children's service take kids till someone can pick them up and they investigate.

Turn himself in and pay the fine or do the time.
If he tells the Judge his situation the Judge might let him go on his own recognizance

Well he should turn himself in. There is a possibility that they will violate him. It's better to turn yourself in and get it over with then to keep running because he probation time doesn't count while he is running (Good time).
