Yes,

I have been having a lot of problems about being including with my
Daughter in law and her family.

My husband and I have tried and tried to do everything exactly
Right, The gold rule.

Now my son who has a college degree and has been counseling
Alcoholic/drug person's and had a good job, decided to enter
Into the military. He is not athletically inclined, and is entering
Bootcamp this week. Anyway, I wanted to go to see him off
And was basically told that my daughter in law was tired of me
Callling them, etc.

Now I am supposed to call them this evening regarding him
Leaving, and quite frankly, after the message she left me, I am
Wondering if I should or not? My husband and I live about 1 1/2 hours
Away from them, so it's not like we can just go over there.

I don't know what is causing all of this, and like I said we have been
Very nice and chose to use the golden rule regarding her and her
Familyh

What should we do?

Can you talk to HIM and ask HIM what he wants and tell him how much he means to you and you want to be a part of his life but you want to know what HE feels boundaries should be[but she makes you feel unwelcome at times]
