A plumber left us mid way through with only two copper hot and cold water lines coming up through the floor and cabinet. I want to finish the job and attach turn off valves and lines to the dishwasher and faucet. I believe I need to cut the caps off the copper pipes and attach two turn off valves on the hot water- one for the dishwasher and the other for the faucet. I assume the upper can go to the faucet and the lower to the dishwasher or the reverse just the same. I assume I need to have two copper T joints coming off the vertical copper hot pipe to which I can attach two turn off valves--unless there is a simpler way given perhaps valves that come as T shape joints. I have a question about what to use to attach the valves to the copper pipe, and what to use to continue to the faucet and dishwasher (some flex lines).
