Hello, My hair was dark brown,so I've decided to have some high lights. I was expecting to have sort of ash brown color with beach high lights on it, instead my hair turned orange and red. Then, the "Hair colorist" ad another color on top of it, still orange with sort of yellow stripes. The next day, they bleached my hair again and did the same process with a different color still, my hair has orange tones on it. I couldn't stand that color so I used Natural match, its much better but still orange tones on it. Please HELP!!

Go back to the salon you paid to color it and ask for another stylist to fix it. Obviously color is not the stylist that you had do your hair's specialty, and I would not allow her to touch your hair again. Don't use any more boxed color on it because you don't know what it has in it or what funky shade you will end up with!! If you absolutely cannot stand the thought of going back there, message me and send a picture of your hair to me via email and I will tell you what to do next!
