Can Aarons sales and lease refuse a payment on an nsf check then take me to court for nonpayment?

Yes.
If you were trying to pay less than the amount of the bad check, they should refuse to accept it.
If they do accept a partial payment, they have in fact, turned the bad check into an installment loan.
If they refuse to accept the full payment, all at once, then you may have a better legal standing, if you can prove you offered full payment and they refused it.

Yes they can they want payment in full.
Usually they just come and repossess their stuff since they are prepaid month to month.

Welcome to AMHD. Probably so. Do you still have your contract? What does it say about default? Just curious: have you been sued? It sounds like you may be in the middle of a bureaucratic decision: whether to take a customer to court, or whether to take a customer's money. You may want to write the corporate office and the local store a letter and try to refurbish your intentions about payment.

They are like the cell phones, cable and internet pre pay in full or get cut off service.
