I'm 16 years old and have never had a boyfriend or kissed a guy. I just want to know if my high expectations can be met. My first kiss is: outside, fireworks and stars, a light cute song playing in the background, cute heels on my feet, and especially last but not least my foot should pop like in princess diaries. Am I asking for a fantasy? I know its only in the movies but who said that's ONLY where it could happen? I just have really high expectations and want the best memories ever. I refuse to kiss somebody until this setting happens. Am I setting myself up for dissappointment? Do you think this could ever happen in real life?

First of all, I'm glad that you aren't willing to settle for just any boy that wants to kiss you. Although it sounds very nice, and yes fairytale like, your expectations may be a little high. I would try to focus more on the boy, and not the setting. You are bound to be disappointed if you don't.
We would ALL like to live that fantasy I'm sure, but it's just not reality! The best thing you can do for yourself is find a boy, when you're ready. That gives you that tingly excited feeling attraction wise! (I'm not talking about sexually)
If you wait for that, the fireworks, stars, and the song will be playing in your head, and it will be the most exciting feeling ever. You don't need the actual "movie set" for that to happen! You can close your eyes and use your imagination.
Try not to be so unrealistic, that you will feel really let down if it doesn't turn out the way you expected. That would be setting yourself up for a lot of unnecessary hurt!
Good luck sweetie! ;)

You do have a fantasy, but being with the right guy is the main ingredient. Enjoy yourself, and he will show up!
