I just wanted to add, that Flying Blue Eagle does have the current documentation on things such as this concerning their possible monetary value and that in order to know that what you have is a genuine article, that it would be best to be taking it personally to a coin shop or store that trades in such things so that someone could be examining it in person to determine if it is a real one or a replica of one. There have been many replicas of Civil War currency that have been made.

You need to be careful, there was a lot produced for the bicentennial of the war. You can tell those, on the back lower left corner it will be lightly printed facsimile.

Additionally, to find out if the bill that you have is authentic, you might want to consider taking it to a dealer who can see it in person. There have been a lot of remakes of Confederate currency over the decades.
