Dwwin.exe dll failed to initalize when shutting down XP can anyone help... Thanks

Suggestions:
Reinstall Dr Watson
START > RUN
Open the command line by typing cmd
enter: Drwtsn32 -i
Check to see if problem is gone
System File Checker (have your Windows CD handy)
START > RUN
Type in sfc /scannow
Insert your Windows CD when prompted
