My cycle is always 28 days even an occasional 29 day. Today I am four days late. I have never been this late before. I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning. The first response test and it came back negative. I have been having cramping, head akes and have been very tired. There has been no sign of mt period. Yes I am active. Please let me know what you think. Also I hav't been stressed, I am not on any medication nothing has changed at all in my life style. So if the test is right and I am not pregnant what else could it be?

Your period may still show up late... they can be off now and then. You could be pregnant and it just hasn't shown up let... some women don't get a positive result for a few weeks. Give it another week and see what happens... if still no period, try another test at that time. You might skip this month altogether, but you can ask your doctor about having a test done as well. They often will just do a urine one in the office, which is often no less sensitive that what you can buy on your own, so you may ask about having a blood test done if possible.
