I would think that the only way to find out if he is cheating on you is to ask him.
It is taking a big leap by assuming that he is, just because of this job shifts.
Is there anything else that you have noticed about him that causes you to think that he is not being faithful?

Trust is what you give automatically, it's what you do instinctively. MISTRUST is what you develop when faced with irrefutable facts.

Suspicions and jealousy in your mind is not a reflection of him, it is a reflection of you.

You know a guy loves you by how he treats you, how he makes you feel about yourself by the way he acts and responds to you. You do NOT gauge his feeling by anything he says. Don't get me wrong, if he says sweet, lovely things, you can be appreciative. But you put VALUE in how his life supports those words... or not.

So, trust him. Pay attention to how he makes you feel... do you feel enhanced being with him or diminished. If you feel enhanced, then you absolutely ignore those suspicious thoughts you have unless/until you are staring proof in the face.

And don't invent proof.

If you don't have proof of him cheating, trust him or the relationship is doomed
