If I wanted to sue a corporation who would I sue?

If it is properly incorporated, you can only sue the corporation.

No individual can be named, that is the reason they incorporate, to protect their assets, or
Asses, depending on how you want to look at it.

You'd check with the State, determine who is authorized to accept service on behalf of the corporation, sue the corp and serve the party whose name is given to you by the State.

You serve the "registered agent" using the name and address that is listed by the state division of corporations.
