I have a new 2007 honeywell RTH230B Programmable Thermostat. I am replacing the old thermostat with this one and I have 6 wires with only 5 terminals. Last winter I installed the thermostat for the heat and I got the furnace working with 5 wires, but I still have one wire left and now that it's summer I want my AC to work, but it's not kicking on. So how do I hook up the wires so the AC and the heat work? I checked my wires and all 6 wires are connected to my unit and this is how it's connected:
On my unit:

Red - Rh
Black - Rc
White - W1
Orange - W2
Yellow - Y
Green - G

On my Thermostat Terminals:

Red - Rh
Black - Rc
White - W
Yellow - Y
Green - G
Orange - not connected

So where does the extra wire go? Because my heat still works, but my AC does not.
Thanks.
Trevor

Does the system have two transformers?

If your first list is from your old thermostat looks like you have a 2 stage heat system.

Is this a regular system or a heat pump system
