OK if my wife is a us citizen and she those not work and have my kids can she still file for me ?

She can file but she cannot sponsor you... normally the petitioner and sponsor are the same person but in case petitioner does not meet the requirements, i.e. income less than 125% of poverty guidelines, etc. then she would need to find someone who is willing to be a joint sponsor.

This may not be easy because sponsors are financially responsible for another 10 years or when beneficiary becomes US citizen or leaves US permanently.

Consult an attorney, in your case it is impossible to proceed without one.
