I have a moen push/pull knob that will not completely turn off. A slow but steady stream runs all the time. The pull for water works fine but when you push for off it is kind of hard to push in and does not completely turn off. What can I do?

Moen is one of the easiest system to repair. All is based on single cartridge. Replace cartridge - repair all seals at once. Takes two minutes and no plumber is needed.
Close water to your house. Remove trim. Expose cartridge. On top of the cartridge is "U" shape pin. Take needle-nose pliers and remove that pin in upward motion. Take pliers, grab end of the stem, and pull towards you. Entire cartridge will slide out.
Take it with you to Home Depot. Buy new cartridge. Install it. (don't forget to reinstall the "U" shaped pin ). Turn water on.
Good luck !
