My husband and I have been together 8yrs and has been married for 9months. I have three children that isn't my husband bio, but he has been there since my youngest was 1 yrs old. Their bio father has been in and out of their lives and don't pay any child support or attempt to see them. When my children have seen their father I was the one taking my kids around or the one trying to find them for my kids. My husband now, who they call DADDY!! Wants to adopt them, and I was wanting to know if there's any other way he can adopt them without the father signing over his rights. If not? What if we can't find the father?

Thanks for the advice...

There are provisions in the law for adoptions where the bio father can't be found. You need to engage an attorney to prepare the adoption papers. The attorney will tell you what needs to be done to get a TPR on the bio father whether he refuses to sign or is unavailable.
