View Full Version : Moving basement bathroom rough-in do these plans look correct?

Just trying to figure out how to move existing bathroom rough-in.
This is what it looks like now:

I want to move everything into another room to the right.
Toilet moves about 6' from current drain, tub 8' from existing, sink in a totally different area.
Here is that room and where everything is going:

Sink will be to the right of the toilet.
I was intending to remove all existing vent/drain pipes, extend vent closer to new toilet and run new vents something like this:

Is the vent in the right spot?
Can I start the run with 2 45 deg.
Is there something I'm missing?

Sorry, I will not comment on your design since it would not be allowed in my region. We don't allow horizontal vents from toilets and each fixture has to have its own, dedicated, vent. Therefore, according to our Code Book, this rough-in would be unacceptable
