Me and my children father was not married when they where born . He now does not pay child support or is not in their lives and he has problems in his life . How do I go about getting full custody of my chidlren .

What makes you think you don't already have it? If you were not married at the time of birth, then, by default you have full custody. Where any custody hearings held? Any custody orders delivered by a court?
