When I open mY PC then says signal cable disconnected. I took the cpu and tried it on another computer [ working one]. I checked the cpu in that montior it again replies the same signal cable disconnected.

What would be the problem

Did you check on your network cable and plug? Can you connect to other PC ?

By the way , Can you see the windows icons on that monitor ?
