Hi all, tomorrow I have an interview for a Reception Role, and I have been told that I have to sit a 2 hour computer knowledge test.

What do I have to know?

Has anyone done it before. Is it Hard?

Please help!

Cheers

I think my mom took a similar test (for a clerical/typist position). You sit at the computer (obviously ^_^) and they test your knowledge of Microsoft Office software (namely Excel and Word). You have to do certain things like bold this section of text, insert a picture, change font, etc. I guess the program that the test runs on determines your computer knowledge based on which keystrokes or buttons you click?

Hope this helps (a little!)
