This image is to help me explain the problem, please forgive the lack of greatness, and my lack of knowledge in this field. Will try to give all the info I can manage. :)
Firstly, for a couple days now we have noticed some water within 3 of our vents, today I noticed some in a 4th (floor vents), all of which are on the same side of the house. My mom decided to check the AC Unit in the wall today and the floor (where the red spongy stuff is around the 2 pipes going into the floor) is wet, and its leaked out onto the floor outside it's door.
Additionally, the "pan thing" colored in red on this "illustration" has water in it. From what I've read here and there, its ~suppose~ to be that way? I wouldn't know. She mentioned that the yellow tube had water going down it when the AC unit was on, but she switched it off, as some of the wires at the base near the floor have water on them. (Don't want anything bad to happen.. ) The black pipe/tube beside the yellow-ish one also had a wet spot on it about halfway down.
Unfortunately, this is all the information I can contribute on this problem. If you have any further inquiries, please let me know and I'll try my best to find out for you.
Thank you very much.

Okay, making an addition to this post. My mom just showed me something at the unit. She was letting it run w/ the door off and noticed that the coils iced over (white) and there's a copper pipe that sits on top of the triangular thingy that goes around the side and back down to the floor where the black pipe and yellow tube thing are, well that entire pipe iced over as well, and it got wet... is that suppose to happen? And if not... is there a way to fix it?
could the copper pipe be the reason the floor is getting wet and vents pooling water? And how can we fix that?
thanks~
