Hi! I have skin that is medium-brown sort of like the color labeled "medium" on this chart...
http://www.keromaskconcealer.com/images/KMcolorsV3.jpg (please see the link!) and I would like it to be a lighter golden-brown like the color of the girl's skin in this picture... http://celebworld.files.wordpress.com/2006/07/arthi-chabriya-micromini.jpg (once again, please see the link!) If anyone knows any good ways that I can lighten my current skin tone to this color naturally, then please answer my question! I would really appreciate it!
Thanks! :) :) :)

PS. By the way, if it helps, I want to lighten the skin color of my whole body, not just my face!

Naturally? Then try out bearberry tablets( arbutin ) it is a natural tyrosinase inhibitor, which stops melanin production and will lighten your skin... though I'm not sure of its permanence... you might have to keep using the product... the same for Yellow Dock which is another form into *Tyrostat* that is also very much a tyrosinase inhibitor that works from inside the body.

Anyway that's my say in it... im sure there are lots of other ways...

You could try oral supplements like the above mentioned or glutathione, or topical arbutin in creams. But you would have to take them for about a month to start seeing the effects. There are a slew of others I will post a good link in this forum summarizing...

A quick Google search for lightening skin naturally brings this (http://rnsoft.clarion8.hop.clickbank.net/) up. Not sure how effective it is, though. Has anyone tried it?

I make my own fresh papaya and lemon soap, and it seems to brighten my skin some, not drastically as in 3-4 shades but noticeably to me, and who knows, maybe it will over a long period. Eating a lot of vegetables with give you golden undertones because the carotenoids build up under the skin and it gives you a natural very radiant glow. Also skin detoxing teas and regular exercise are all necessary for glowing, brighter skin. Trust me, I showed some of my skin today at the gym and lots of people were mesmerized by it because it looks soooo healthy and beautiful. It's all a result of lifestyle and good habits. When you take good care of yourself internally and externally, it shows big time.
