Should I answer interrogatories from a attorney who has no provided any validation of the debt in question against me?

No, you do not have to answer, and the lawyer will not try to force you to answer.

You have every right to just wait and appear in court, and provide any answers at that time.

Go to Board Message (http://creditboards.com/forums/index.php?&showtopic=132612) And read it, probably you going to need to know that. Besides a good answer can stop the whole thing, the goal is to make them drop the suit before it gets to a court room. If you exercise your "right" and don't file an answer now with the court it will be harder to get it in your way latter.

Interrogatories and all Discovery must be answered or you may lose the case. Judges are not patient when people do not know things. You need to find a lawyer in your area.
