Do you have the required info such as name, date of birth social security numbers? And actually you are wanting a report of where they live and where they work or even what banks they may be using ?
Those reports can be gotten from search fims and/or many PI that find the money for you.

From my understanding, the credit bureau "can" provide some details to a judgment creditor.

I have no personal knowledge of this ever being done.

What about a judgment debtor's exam, or similar procedure perhaps by a different title in other jurisdictions?

Some even allow exam type questions to be asked of banks or other financial institutions.

You motion the court, to subpoena the debtor to court, to answer questions regarding bank accounts, assets, or other information that can help you collect your judgment.

If the debtor fails to show up or fails to answer the questions, or you can prove that they lied on any of the questions, they can be found in contempt of court and jailed.

Just one other possible option to look into.

I have the name, date of birth, and the last four digits of his SS#... Thus I should be able to find out some employer and bank info (hopefully current or recent!) to collect... I said this all in my original question yesterday so I had to repeat again today as the other one no longer appears... Thanks a lot again!
