Hey Guys,

I drew up a basement rough in and scanned it to disc. I then knocked it down from a PDF 336 KB to a JPEG 79.9KB. However the dimension limits on attachments are 750 X750 and I have got 863 X1169 on my JPEG. How do I reduce this so I can post the drawing? Thanks, Tom

If you have a resize option, change only the Height of the pic to 750 then look for a "retain proportions" opton.

If you don't see a resize option, try this one:

If you're still having problems email me the pic and I'll reduce it for you.

If you use windows you should be able to open it in MSPAINT and resize it go to
Image / stretch/skew or Attributes

Folks, Tom's got Paint Shop Pro version 7. I don't have it. Can someone walk him through resizing?

Thanks!

You know I love Xnview. Get it here (free!) (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/pierre.g/xnview/enhome.html)
Resize like this: open the program and find your image in the Xnview browser window then double-click to open it in a tab. Then Image > Resize...

If you are trying to resize the photo, you can also try to Windows Image Resizer from Microsoft.

Go here > http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

AND look for "Image Resizer" on the right hand side.
After installing it is easy to use, simply right click the image and select RESIZE PICTURES
