I have a brass plaque from Trafford plaques, the masters series 1. It has a 7" round picture in the center. It is titled "Simplicity". The plaque is 16 1/2 " in diameter. Interested if anyone can provide information on this plaque.

It does seem hard to find information about these on the Internet. What I have come up with so far, is that they were made in England. They would appear to represent works of painted art by prominent artists.

It was given to a relative from Marshal and Snellgrove STORE as a leaving present in late 40s early 50s can't be to precise yet. Have you found anything out?

I have a similaur plaque... mine is called The Red Boy... Made by Trafford Plaques Old Masters No.1 made in england.. very beautiful work... got it at an auction today for free... getleman bought a lot and only wanted a few item out the lot and told me I could have the plauque for free... hopefully it has some value.
