I have a 1 week old kitten that had Scoures and the mother pushed it away as to not feed it.
So I have been feeding it goats milk with a eye drop and am getting mothers replacement. But it has recently started pushing away any type of food I try to get it.
I'm lost on what I'm supposed to do? It would be inhumane if I just leave it to die.
It has already died twice in the time that I've had it. Stop breathing and the heart stop pumping. Each time brought it back.

Can you give me some addvice that I can Inprove on?

And each time the little thing dies it loses a bit of itself and you bring back a little soul that just wants to give up. You could be doing more harm then good. God bless.

Try a formula from pet store for kittens or make one to supplement what you're feeding it. One formula uses powdered milk (don't use 'liquid' cow's milk) and light Karo syrup. When I had to nurse a litter it's mother abandoned, I found out you have to sort of 'burb' them. Stroke its sides for a while after you feed it. It has something to do with blockages in their digestive tract.

(OPs should have moved this to 'Pets' board)

Definitely call a vet or go see one as soon as possible, there could actually be something wrong with the kitten - like heart problems or an infection, and only a trained vet can tell you if there's something wrong or not and what the kindest thing to do would be. Either way the vet can set you up with special formula and show you the correct way to feed and how often and what to do. Good luck!
