Nope, it's a scam.

If they sent you an email saying you won and you didn't enter anything its most likely a scam, if so don't send them anything just delete it

Well if you traveled there and bought a lottery ticket perhaps,

But the emails are scams, if you get a email that includes the word africa, it is almost always a scam
