In the 80s-early 90s there was a cartoon about bears. The main character was a Polar Bear I think, he was a super hero. o_o I think he could fly.
A mother bear and her cup were kidnapped and one of the scenes is him getting on a train to rescue them.
Anyone know what cartoon this was? Please provide snapshot of movie.
