All right, last month I quit birth control and had my period. This month there is no period and I took two tests both were negative. It is 4 weeks later and I still haven't had my period.
Any suggestion on what is going on?

It is most likely that your body is just adjusting to not having the birth control and is taking it's time making hormones. It can take up to 6 months or more for a normal period to return after quitting birth control. The length of time depends on how long you took the birth control and what kind of birth control it was.
