I am paying child support for our child who is sixteen years old now and working. In court I tried to argue that my ex had and still believed has a drug problem. It went unheard and he was awarded primary physical custody and I had to pay child support. It has been brought to my attention that he is still using and I have prroof of recent cds possession convictions. How do I stop paying child support and he doesn't use the money properly anyway. I don't want to upset our child though, but he can't keep getting my money.
