Are the health benefits of Sam's Club Carbonated Flavored Water the same as regular water like flushing out waste and better skin?

It says on its website its 'nutrient rich artesian spring water' and from what I have read, that others claim, it may not be real spring water.

Plain water does a pretty good job of hydrating your skin and flushing out your kidneys so I don't see the reason to buy anything else.

From what I have heard mineral water or osmosis water are the best waters.
BUT now they are saying the plastic bottles that drinks come in are not good for various reasons. I think one of those 1.5 gallon Polar water bottles is good enough.
I will not touch tap water for drinking because of all the chemicals in it.
Distilled water is not good because the minerals are taken out.

I would say carbonated water has to be better than soda and many other things people drink
