What is reasonable price per square foot to clean pre construction build out for commercial space? They have left behind electrical cables and other trash. Thanks!

Please give me more info;
Where, what area?
Size of bldg? (sq ft)
Competitive bid?
Do you finish the floors and carpet (if any)/
Union or not?
Does it include 'Broom clean' and 'final cleaning'? (ready to move in, windows, etc)
