Does it mean something is wrong with my baby?

Why are you on bed rest so early on in your pregnancy?

It could be round ligaments pain. Your body is stretching and your organs could be shifting. I have a lot of cramping in my pregnancy. But if you're in really bad pain I would call your doctor and tell them you would feel more comfortable if you were seen. That's what they get paid for.

Um, she may be high risk and may have a chance of spontaneous miscarriage.
Now, at 14 weeks, it is doubtful that it is round ligament pain. Think of round ligament pain this way.
Take a rubber band and stretch it as far as you can. This would be when the pain would start. At 14 weeks, she is barely showing, if she is showing at all. Those round ligaments have not yet been stretched beyond their capability.
I have to ask the OP to go into greater detail with her cramps/pain. Are they regular or irregular? Are they dull, sharp, cramping, etc? On a scale of 0 - 10 with 10 being the worst, can you rate the pain?

Could be simply from your growing uterus... some cramping and discomfort is common as the uterus enlarges. While normally the size of about your fist, by now it is about 2-3 times that size.
Has the spotting increased? If there is no increase in spotting or bleeding, and if the cramps come and go, especially as you change activity, it is likely due to changes in the uterus. Whether, if it causes you concern it merits a phone call to your doctor for the peace of mind.

Well am on bedrest because about 9 months ago I lost a baby and so the doc wanted to be safe because I had started spotin and he want to make sure the baby was OK. And with the cramps and pain the cramps are not that bad they come and go but the pain is what gets me and if I had to rate my pain at it worst I would say about a 6. I go back to the doc tomorrow.
