How can I get noticed by a singing professinal in a small town I'm 16 and sing in the choir but I don't really sing in publice any more all my frriends think I could make it if I went for it

You do not wait to get noticed! You work very hard to surround yourself with musical people, in musical settings. Read all of the prior posts in this thread.

The thing is you have to work hard, you sign at any open mic you can, you will travel to other towns in the area, and sometimes to the larger city in your area to do show cases, open mics. Locally you will want to sign at nursing homes, senior centers and at any fair or public event that allows someone to sign,

Too much information here. Need to go slowly. First question to be asked and also answered is "what kind of music is it that you would like to sing, please?" Then, go from there...
