Hi,

I have one cat recently I dosed her with medicine for worms
Eversince every time she eats she starts coughing or trying
To get sick I think she might have a hairball or is it something to do with
The medicine for worms? Is there anything
I can do to help her stop coughing?

There are cat treats made to get rid of hairballs, maybe you could also try that and see if the coughing stops.

Hopefully you followed the directions for de-worming. I think what happens is the worms begin dying inside the cats, and it does make them a little sick. Imagine what it would do to us!

If you think she may be sick & this coughing continues why not take her to the vet? I never self treat my pets. They're just too precious to take a chance on losing.

I hope she's soon better.
