Hi,
Plato thought that drama is the most disruptive form of art, why is this ?
Is it because he believes that you will forget about your own identity when you go to the plays etc?
Is it because he fears that it will have a greater impact in your life, influencing bad vices, analogous to the villains in plays etc.
Also, is this similar to society today, as children watch the violence in television the more likely they will perform these acts of violence ?
Thanks
