I have a friend who is here from Germany I think she got here in 05 she married a person from the military they got a divorce. Trying to make this short but she started seeing someone and got pregnant with his child. He is in Iraq and they made a paternity test from online and it came out he is the one. Which I have no clue what that is if it accurate or not. He told here he is not signing the BC because he don't want to pay child support on a child he doesn't see and plus he won't sign passport either. What does she need to do so she can get home. Plus he says when he gets back he is going to get sole custody of the child. I keep telling here as long as she is a good mother they can not take your baby away. I fill so sorry for her and I want to try and gather info up to give her...

Hello r:
She needs to hire a family attorney so that she can get support for her child. At the same time, the child's father will get his rights established.
If he wanted to, he could prevent your friend from leaving the country. If she's willing to give up child support, then the father may not object to her leaving. If he does object, and he sounds like he will, she's going to stay here.
In terms of her legal status, you didn't say, so I'll bet even SHE doesn't know. Yup, she needs to visit an immigration attorney. In the space of an hour, and at a cost of around $350 she can hire one to find out a lot of stuff.

Does not really matter what he wants. First where is here, do you live in Iraq, in Iran, in France or perhaps the US? Since If the child is born in the US, that makes the child a US citizen.
And you need to after the child is born, to get the court to order a DNA test ( internet tests don't count) once the chils paternity is proved, then you get the court to order child support,
