I have a crafstman lawn tractor. It only clicks when I try to start it. No other movement in the engine. Suggestions where to look? Thanks

Perhaps a failed starter solenoid. Be sure the battery terminals are clean, and the battery cable terminals on the other end of the cables are clean and tight. Do not jump the solenoid to check the starter unless you are sure of what you are doing... welded tools and burnt fingers happen that way. Please be safe...

Check the solenoid. Then try rotating the screen on top of the engine counterclockwise to try and determine if the starter is hung up on the flywheel.
