Hi, I have pain at the top of my left leg. It started yesterday when I wokeup I just had the pain, it hurted when I walked cause I had to limp, however it wasn't that bad I could do a few exercises such as light my leg in and out in a lying position as prescribed by many websites. However when I wokeup the next day the pain was worse when I sit down for a while and I try to standup it hurts and it feels like an electric shock happens. Im sure its something with a muscle, I'm not sure if this is serious or if I should just give it time.

I did not do any sport 2,3 days prior to that and I did not lift any heavy material. I am however an athletic person and I have experienced the same problem after football but that was much milder and usually disappeared the next day. This time the pain is just too much

What you recon?

Thanks

I recon you should see a Dr. It is possible to move in the slightest wrong way and pull muscles etc. Also any time you have pain that persists you should check it out. Pay your Doctor a visit and put your mind at rest.
