I have a new computer system and had it professionally installed. Everything is fine BUT when I try to attach a photo to an email (using the little photo icon at the far right) I get a red outlined box and it won't even open my photo file.

Something must be set up to not send photos - but I can't figure out what it is.

AOL no longer has email support so I spent 10 minutes trying to explain this and finally gave up.

I CAN copy photos into the body of the email.

It's a problem because I attach photos when I'm working - and suddenly I can't!

I have never used AOL, but I did find this link about the sending of photos, might be something here that will help?

Hope you get it figured out, there are enough things to frustrate us each day, I'm sure you don't need this one.
