I recently reset the breaker on my air handler and now the rth230b (which until today worked fine) will not go past the flashing cross symbol (indicating compressor safety feature wait cycle). Still 15 minutes later the air handler is not yet blowing.
I've also been having a problem that the outside unit (consenser/compressor) will not turn off unless I physically trip the circuit breaker... this is what prompted the breaker reset in the first place.
What do I need to do to get my air handler blowing?

Try resetting the thermostat since its digital by removing the batteries and then reset your breaker, and then put batteries back in.

Somehow the tstat needs reset!

Thanks for that. It turns out that when I reset the breaker, the breaker failed. I bought a new one, replaced it and now all is well. Good thing too... it's a little toasty here in Miami.

As for the condenser not cutting off... that is an unrelated issue to be resolved tomorrow then my regular AC guy comes to service the unit.

Thanks again.

By the way, Honeywell's technical support desk was useless.

They are in a phoneroom in New Delhi or the like and can only read answers from a book.

My guy seemed to think that somewhere in the middle of broad daylight (something) sneaked into the inner parts of the thermostat and rearranged the internal wiring (considering that I told him numerous times that it has been functioning well for over a year)!!

I guess they (Honeywell) can at least say that they have a support desk.
