to make sure the biotch was paying. NOW she wants her measly $75 a month payments knocked down to $50. I know full well she can afford to pay off the full 1,500 all at once, she's just trying to make our lives miserable (which she is btw) Unfortunately my husband went to court without me today and accepted that arrangment. Can i take her back and tell them this arrangement is not acceptable to me? I mean hell she drives around in a 2006 Jetta, is an RN and works for a REAL ESTATE CO., i know she can afford to pay us.

I'm not familiar with your case, or your husbands case, but it would sound like he has support payments due from a former spouse?
If so, how would you think that you have any right to intervene in his case?

Oh, no sorry, i've posted months before, i think if you look up my user name you will find all of my posts. It has to do with our taking our x landlord to court or nonpayment of our security deposit. She lost the case, has to pay and now wants her monthly payments reduced. yay for me

robyngar it does not work like this, without being connected to your past posts no one will have the slightest idea whatyou are talking about, you should have merely went to your old post and added this as a follow up.
But if your husband agreed, then you are basically stuck with it, you need to have a talk to your husband about saying NO.
I don't see where you have any grounds to file a appear on this , since he aggred.
